Copies of all of the court documents that have been filed in your case, if applicable.
Copies of your two most recent paycheck stubs.
Copies of any real estate documents pertaining to the property you own, including the most recent real estate tax bill, appraisals, title commitments, mortgages, deeds, etc.
Copies of your last two years of income tax returns.
Statements of Account and/or listing of all financial accounts, retirement plans, 401(k), IRA, Money Market, Checking, Savings, etc.
